The future of theatrical releases is bright at Cinema Con 2021. Day 1, Sony Pictures released the Spiderman: No Way Home trailer and screened Ghostbusters: Afterlife. Day 2, MGM hyped us up with an extended look for No Time To Die (as if we could get hyped any more). Warner Bros brought a Matrix: Resurrections title and trailers, also lots of The Batman footage. Day 3, Neon revealed Kristin Steward’s Spencer trailer, Universal showed off Jurassic World: Dominion, Halloween Kills, and Downton Abbey: A New Era. Day 4, Paramount revealed behind the scenes of Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible 7 and Top Gun: Maverick. We also gave our reactions to No Way Home, Spencer, The King’s Man (red band trailer) plus some recommendations for HBO Max’s The Prince and the documentary on Netflix, Bob Ross: Happy Accidents, Betrayal and Greed.
